If you are a full access site user your scheme has paid for your access. As a full access site user the scheme in which you have an interest has appointed Strata Manage IT or its related entities which includes associates to act as the scheme's managing agent (the scheme's agent). This means that certain laws impose a requirement on the scheme's agent to collect and in some circumstances disclose personal information about you.
For example, if you are the owner of a strata lot, all other owners of strata lots in your strata plan (and persons authorised by them, such as potential purchasers) are entitled by law to inspect the records of the owners' corporation.
